Path to a better tummy

so this is what I am going to do to figure out what is wrong with my stomach:

1. Eat smaller portions

2. Do not eat dairy- it makes sense that this would kick my butt being that I don’t drink milk. I just really love gelato and cheese.

3. Do not eat wheat.  My stomach did not hurt for one year once I gave up wheat.  I eat less junk when I gave up wheat.  I am going to email the gluten free girl and seeing what she suggests for this issue.  argh.  Its so good.

Any suggestions?
