Last night’s dinner was made by my wonderful husband, Sean. He’s been dry aging steak for the last three days in the most fragrant seasonings and liquids that I’ve ever smelled. For two day steak dry aged under plastic wrap in our fridge with no seasonings. On the third night he added his secret blend of seasoning (which I know involves All-spice), a habanero chili, pearl onions, and lemon zest. Judas Priest, it smelled amazing. The picture above is of the steak with the gravy he made in order to save the left over mashed potatoes that I heated up and that needed some help. It was delicious. Bra-Vah Sean!!
